You think they are making up a charge?
I wasn’t charged as it’s not on my account. Just can’t figure out why only fraud is able to see it & how they lost track of it & didn't bill me.
No, but they might be talking of this same current charge. As per most of the times the Reps are stupid.
I had once that had to fight with them, until finally I told the CSR to take a pen & paper and write down all the charges on the right and all the credits on the left than calculate them (it was regarding a credit on something that she claimed I was credited already) she finally realized her mistake (after 15 min argument) and she said she putting me on hold, and yes I'm still waiting for her to return to the call.....
I guess she was ashamed so she just banged the phone..
