That's what it is, you need to have not been approved when you call.
AU (as long as you add SSN and DOB) and replacements they do no problem.

I have a question, we opened three CS Reserve in the family last year, and only keeping one, as we dont' want to pay for the hefty annual fee, which Chase product do you recommend downgrading to? If I am correct, It doesn't count as credit pull when you down grade , correct?

I received a letter from Chase informing me that they are closing a card due to inactivity. The letter said irreversible. Reversible?
Card is still open.

Thanks for the wiki. I opened 3 chase cards in the past 6 months, but was added as an authorized user on 3 different applications in the past month. So maybe that triggered it.

I called the executive line, they'll let me know in a few days what will happen, so we'll see
