They stated in the message that they left, the branches address. Will Google the number that they left and see if it matches the branch...
Always be 1000% sure. Enough scammers out there trying to get your info.

Like what?
All I'm asking is, statistically does that have any indication of the outcome?

Statistically, it's better than an instant denial.

Statistically, it's not as good as an instant approval.

Pretty much the same as every other issuer that sends you to manual review.   Except AMEX cares less about new accounts and INQ's than many other issuers.

I would call that branch and ask them if know anything about it or just walk in there and ask.
I had Bank of America calling me at one point and i have never even been there customer when i called the number back and it took me thru all the prompts( enter cc # or acct # i skipped all that) when the guy finally comes on the line first thing he says is sure i can check that for you whats your ss number! so i hung up googled the number and its some bob from North Carolina or something.

Yup, happens all the time. Could even say the name of the bank on caller ID. Means nothing

Was someone from the branch, on vacation now. Chase private client banker, I'm not CPC. Does that mean anything?

Possibly, she's on vacation now. Though I don't have anything near 250k in my Chase account. I'm still a student on their books...

Can you get approved for Chase personal and Chase business card (both Southwest) on the same day?  If not how long do you need to wait?  Already got approved for the personal card.

You definitely can, not always so easy.
Definitely apply, as you likely won't have another pull
