I just received my Ink Preferred card in the mail and want to add it to my online account profile. I've had this profile for years now and it's a business login -- meaning that it's already connected to my Ink Cash card (previously Ink Plus, and also Ink Bold as well as SWA Business in years past). But when I log in to my profile from chase.com/verifycard, my new Ink Preferred card doesn't show up. In the past, getting approved for business cards would make them automatically show up in my profile, but not here. It's the same business name save for a single "comma" that I omitted this time, not sure if that's why it's not showing up. I used my SSN as a sole proprietor for this new card just like I did for the past accounts. I can't find a way to add this card or even verify it, so I called the automated number to verify it. But I want to add it to my online account. Any help? I'd rather avoid calling in if possible.
