We ordered jewelry item online that was stollen by/from UPS. The item was purchased with Macys credit card.
We filed a dispute. It has been 3 month since purchase. Customer support does not have any resolution yet. 


Can you help with advice? How can we expedite the claim?

If there's an arbitration agreement, small claims court might not even be an option.
I see that for new applications, there is an arbitration agreement that you could opt out of within the first 45 days of opening the account.

I manage accounts for myself and two family members. I get 1-20 credit card and loan offers in the mail every week. Is there a way to remove myself from these lists but still get the really good offers like Amex 100k?
