Amex blue buss officially  gives you 2 points per $ up to $50K. I see I’m above that and they still gave me 2 points. What does that mean? Will they continue giving me that?

Is that a calendar year or a member year?  Perhaps that's the discrepancy.

how long does it take for amex delta bonus to come in?? yes i finished my spend and closed statement
if no issues amex delta bonus usually hits with in a few days of completing the spend. at least that's been my experience with multiple delta card sign ups.

If I have a negative balance with a capital one credit card, can I call them and ask them to send a check for that amount?

Dan has mentioned many times that credit utilization is a significant factor in determining your credit score and that it is, therefore, a good idea to put at least some balance on cards regularly even if the rewards are not that valuable. Is there a minimum necessary for it to register? Does $1 suffice? Thanks.
I am sometimes accused of overthinking things. I am still mulling over whether that accusation has merit.

As far as I am aware, even $0.01 works.

its not card by card, the idea is to have the lowest utilization possible, while still having some utilization. So you close one card with a small balance while the remainder have no balance. If you have a balance regardless this is not for you.

Any amount that reports works. AFAIK no bank reports under $2.

Keep in mind that FICO calculates overall utilization, individual utilization and also the number of cards with a balance.

FICO is less sensitive the higher your AAOA.
@davidrotts63 Thanks for the info...it seems that @Mendelssohn disagrees...Do you remember where you saw that you only need some balance on one of your cards for some utilization to be reported?

I guess it was I who was misunderstood.
Utilization is no doubt calculated both by individual cards and overall. But, what I was say is, that the trick is not a trick for every card, you do it on one. Have all cards utilized will hurt your credit.
