For my daughter who has been AU for many years on several of my cards, Amex was a decline, Chase Freedom and Discover approved .

I would say yes especially since soon you be able to transfer to TYP at 1:1

I believe they typically do not let you PC until after the first year. But I have been informed otherwise after HUCA.

I also think so, but I'd basically ask to change the SUB from 80k UR, to 0% APR
