I would love to, but it'snot fair to @Dan or @jj1000 to use their website to gain referral links when their parnassah is based off theirs. ( and it's also against forum rules)
Small people talk about other people.
Average people talk about things
BIG PEOPLE TALK ABOUT IDEAS.

For Amex, are product upgrades considered application approvals towards the Amex limits of max approvals in 7 days etc. Recently got targeted offers for Amex Gold  and Platinum and also two upgrade offers on Delta blue card.

Did the Amex gold. Can i do both the platinum and an upgrade?

I don't think upgrades are considered an "approval".

I'm pretty sure you're referring to the Citi card, but that benefit is no longer offered.
I believe the Citi Prestige 4th night free is still available, just it is now capped at twice a year.

If I refer someone and then later downgrade the card before the referral points post, will I lose the referral points?

A) You would likely get the points regardless (and not sure why you would open a specific card and downgrade - why not just open the card you want).

B) Referral points post quite quickly in my experience.

When I opened a United card, they gave me a new United number because the name on my  united number didn't match the name on my card.

If you have another chase card you can try to shift credit instead

I have read some reports that due to a law about minimum time to let you pay it can roll over to the next month  but I couldn't confirm, hence the question
data point i payed off my cc and waited 2 weeks and closed my statement that day , it triggered my points to post 4 days later and I came globalist lite

I've looked for this topic but haven't found it, so apologies if it's a repost topic.
Is there a preferred credit card to use for rent to accumulate miles or points to convert to miles? My landlord uses clickpay as their service for paying rent, which has different fees and percentages for credit cards or debit cards. I'm looking for something that'll be a win even after the charge fees.
