After the first 80K, it went back down to 60K, then up to 80k, then further up to 100K, now it's back to 60K. I wouldn't be surprised if it went back up to 80K in the next couple of months.

The person who wants to apply got a mailer with a 100k offer for CSP! Exactly what we wanted! Any reason to assume this is not legit? Do they send out this type of targeted offer?

Does he really have that many credit cards, or is he an AU on other people's cards.  With Chase, you can call recon(sideration) and tell them that you're not responsible for the charges on certain cards, so they shouldn't be counted as yours.  That will often help with this reason for rejection.

I had a queation about the trip cancellation insurance on my Amex Bonvoy brilliant card.

I booked a hotel on the card which was at the time standard Bonvoy card - $95 annual fee - which didn't have the trip cancellation benefit. Recently I switched the card over to the Brilliant card that does carry the trip cancellation benefit. My credit card number didn't change with the switch. Is this trip covered by this new benefit?

In app you can sometimes add it to Google pay and paypal before you get the card.
If you can add it to paypal, use it with paypal key
