Amex usually only soft pulls for existing cardholders

I know for upgrades that's the case but are you sure for new cards? How can that be they're extending credit..

I changed one to a double cash card 3 or 4 years ago. Obviously things might have changed since then though.

If a new amex biz card has a regular sign on bonus plus another bonus for spending on additional user cards, do i get both bonuses if all spending is on the additional users? Thanks

if i spend 500$ - 1500$ vgc in a grocery in order to hit the quartely spend on my chase freedom flex and my promo that is active on my united card, would chase care? would they give me the bonus points? i know they are particular about people spending on vgc, but would they let it go through for a promo/bonus?

On application for business credit card, when they ask for business revenue and expenses and I don't have a real business should I just leave blank or will that be automatically declined?

I have an insurance bill I do not want to pay due to a dispute. I got a letter from a collection company (Transworld Systems Inc.). Can they report it to they credit bureau?

yeah i agree, you'll most likely be fine. If you really are concerned then you can mix in some real grocery items to vary the purchase amounts.

now that my reserve card's $550 annual fee is due and there's no retention offer, what should i do --- consolidate credit line (with an older freedom card) & then close the CSR or just product change it to another freedom card?

IINM it's usually more benefitable to not close a card.
