You can get it other ways, but that's the only way if you wanna use Dan's links.

I looked in to it a while ago, CMIIW, but there is no longer a way to apply directly.

Someone CMIIW. I think that from your lineup the platinum is the only one that won't charge you a foreign transaction fee.

I use Charles Schwab. No fee for using any atm, they reimburse you for any fees charged by an atm, and no foreign transaction fee.

Since they changed the benefits on the SP Visa card, is that now the best to use in Israel for car rental and foreign transaction fees?
I also have Ink, United, BA and a few others. If a family member is going soon, can I add them as an authorized user so that they can use it with all the benefits i would get?

Just want to mention, I used my Avios CC in Israel because it doesn't have a foreign transaction fee. Just got my bill. Strange thing. When I was in Israel I got per dollar anywhere from 3.47 to 3.5 shekel. I calculated what the credit card used for a rate and I came out ahead! Cheaper to use the credit card. Never imagined that would happen. Thank you Dansdeals friends for telling me about the fact that some cc's have a foreign transaction fee and some not.
