Does anyone know how to read the code on the BB shirts that say when it was made? One of my shirts ripped and I want to know if I have a shot with customer service. Thanks.
They're all gonna rip. Usually on the sleeve by the crease. They used to give new ones for them. They no longer do that. I switched.
I've had pretty good success sending them back to their return center with a note asking them to replace the shirt.
Good to hear because I didn't. Maybe they're getting better with it now

BumpWhat's a good non-iron shirt? I'm fed up with Brooks Bros. Their shirts are garbage quality.
