Microsoft store has the Lumia 520 for just $75 (or $100 in online stores). It's unlocked, works globally, 5mp camera, expandable storage, and looks like it works great.

Now now, if only you can load Android to it.

Yes I'm sure, I spoke to them about the phone, and they're selling it as a prepaid unlocked global phone. They claim it works either gsm or cdma but I didn't check if that's true.

In the Freehold Microsoft store they sell it for $100, but told me you get $25 towards an extra charger but that I can just discount it to $75 instead.

Posted this elsewhere but for anyone looking for a decent phone that does't want to spend a lot you can search BLU phones on Amazon. There are a bunch of different models.

I can't vouch for them myself but ratings have been good on many of the models.
