Is it me or was it always like that you needed miles in your account to search for award travel? when i try to search for travel my pointer becomes a block like a red circle not allowing me to search,nor change the date, anything associated to travel with miles i cant do without miles in my account.

There is a problem with AF website for the past week or so. Try on your phone.

i had the same issue so i signed out of my account and signed back in and the problem was fixed.

Tried with incognito and other browsers no luck. Will just wait it out or have to call them. Thanks guys.

Just a messed up system. Accounts with miles have problems, as well as account without have managed to search

What i did realize adding the free stopovers were making some decent awards redemptions and on united when flying from NYC-PAR-MAN Got me Paris to Manchester free with a few dollar taxes.

Check each segment separately. like MAD-NYC on IB or AA
