Is this prepaid or post paid?

If post paid seems odd they would offer postpaid with no credit check at all

NOt working for me. First I wasn't able to checkout because it wasn't letting me make a login. Then when I changed browsers, it no longer allows me to the Victory to my cart.

Was able to get one thru in my 3rd browser. I'm gonna hold off at 1.
