Just called and cancelled, no problems. They told me I could keep the phone and I won't get charged.

if it's on the truck for delivery I doubt they will turn back

They can have it come back anytime. Driver can get memo not deliver.
I was once about to sign and driver said he just got a memo. Items were stolen goods.

The $45 plan is unlimited talk and text so data is blocked. The $60 plan also has unlimited data.

Online data blocked means that Sprint will not send you any mobile data. If you connect to wifi, that has nothing to do with Sprint.
