Israel ticket for the upcoming weekend

I'm looking for a ticket from NYC to Israel for the upcoming weekend. Something like Thursday to Monday (8/19-8/22). I don't care about stops, but I prefer to land in Israel before noon on Friday. My budget is ~$1,000.

cheapest i found thurs-mon. direct on delta jfk-tlv, tlv-jfk $1316. good luck

I've seen that too. I've even tried priceline @ $1,000 and didn't get anything.

My travel dates are flexible, i.e. I can leave tomorrow and return on Monday if necessary...

Thanks all for your help, I booked Delta @ $1300 with an agent. I could've bargained for a few dollars cheaper.

I got it from an agent I use regularly, he needs the parnassah. I called the number you posted and got a voicemail. I was ready to purchase, didn't want to wait for a callback (it was like 5:40pm, callback might have been tomorrow morning).

Ya, sometimes It's hard to get through to them, but it can be very worth it.
