Humpf... I can't seem to find it. In my list of cashback history, the last thing is the 18th. I wonder if the 20th's transactions will be in next statement.

I once got 2,000 UR for telling Chase that my wife tried signing up for Sapphire but they kept putting her down saying there's no way chase would risk credit cards on her because she doesn't have much credit history. I told them it made her feel bad, and viola.

I had a charge get declined on a amex hilton (spend threshold) and I called to find out why it was declined etc. After everything was cleared up I asked for some compensation or courtesy, the rep says there is nothing that they can offer, (the amex Hilton reps are worthless)
A few hrs later amex calls me up and says i see you called earlier and asked for compensation... we don't want you to be upset, what sort of compensation Did you have in mind
I said whatever you can offer me. So he offers 3000 bonus points, I said yes, he told me that he will transfer the 3k bonus SPG points into my account right away

So it was taking a while to post, so I called amex and the guy said he just expedited the points and it should be there in the next 24 hrs
He said it prbl took longer than usual cause this is the 4th time in under 12 months that I got goodwill points....

My Chase account got locked out twice this week. First time, they just unlocked it. Second time, they told me it was because I closed my only business CC recently and since my personal online profile was linked to my business accounts, the profile got messed up once I no longer had any Chase business accounts. 1/2 hour call to verify myself and get everything fixed up, so I complained about it happening. Had to get them to transfer me to an SP customer care rep who then gave me 2K points for the hassle. Yay!
