Makes no sense.... for 25/25 its 49.95 for 50/50 plus tv plus HBO its 50$ ?

Its just a special discount for the first 12 months. They have promotions like that from time to time.
I guess they figure they  will hook you and then raise the price in 12 months

ETA: paid $125 deposit so that they don't pull my credit. Not worth the ding with my AOR coming up.

Verizon.com chatted with the rep, got a 2 year contract. The ppl living here before me already had a Verizon box installed in my closet, I think that's why it came out so cheap.

When Sep 3rd came (the day they were supposed to activate my service) and I didn't get a router/modem in the mail, I called and complained. They told me that I never completed the order, so I'll have to wait until Sep 10th. I told then I have the chat saved and in the chat, the rep explicitly said that the order is complete, therefore they had better do better than that. I spoke to a manager+ and got a router the next day (service was activated on Sep 3rd. On Sep 8th, I got another one, which I returned. I think the first one was free (I opted to pay $100 one time fee).

I'm pretty sure it is. They pull by Verizon Wireless. I checked a box that I don't authorize them to pull my credit.
