PreCheck with Avios award travel on AA

Does anyone here get PreCheck when traveling on AA using an Avios award ticket?

I have a Nexus card, I keep entering my PassID in the reservation, but I am never able to get it.

I had Precheck on my AA res booked via Avios, buy couldn't taste it because the gate which I flew out from didn't have PreCheck

Yes.

When booking BA tickets with Avios, on the payment page, the third line "Is the payment card holder travelling on this booking?" select No.

Then, once ticketed, go to AA.com>Plan Travel>My Trips>Find Reservation (use flight #, date and departure city) then add your advantage number to that reservation.

When doing it this way I haven't had a problem with AA not recognizing my status and I assume it would be the same for free bags from Citi AA cc.

if your precheck number is in your aa profile, using the above method should work.

FYI, LGA has added precheck in Terminal B concourse C, the concourse AA flies to YYZ.
