Correct. There is a workaround where you initiate the call in the webapp and then continue in the android app, but I can't remember where I saw it.

Using it all the time.
Works well.
Only major pain is that it doesn't access the iPhone's contact list.

Call verizon and say you want to port a number in.

I believe the current law is that when you have a number you own it and can port it where ever you want to.

You will also need to 'unlock' your number on Google Voice to allow the porting to work.

Anyone try ringto or know why Obi said it's only free if you bought a device after May 1st 2014?
Was thinking of switching but didn't want to port until I confirmed service quality. I've been using vestalink after Google ended support.
