I finally got it to work. In case this helps anyone, I will write what I did.
Initially did the quick set up. Was able to make outgoing but incoming didn't ring. When I was playing around later with the account settings, I saw an option for ringing. Not sure if that was the issue.
I saw the pop up that said to dial *** and then input 81 to reset.
Tried this. Then I couldn't make outgoing calls either.
Emailed support. They said to dial ***8 and then input 1 to reset. Then to configure with vestalink with the advanced setting.
Didn't work either.
I finally figured out that first u have to reset your obi thru obitalk bec it was factory reset. Then it works.
When u click on my devices on obitalk, it says error if u click on that it will give instructions to reset it.
