Nothing. Was just holding and hoping, but the time had come to cash in the chips.  As it was the PNR and eticket were already out of the system and it took over an hour and several supervisors to get the miles back.

Funniest part was when the supervisor claimed you can't do redeposits on UA.com and you always need to call in to get it done and that it was my fault for not calling in within a year.
