same stay can work for multiple promo lines, i have done it in the past on a different promo.

Very different hotels. One is more of a business hotel downtown, the other is more of a boutique hotel near the beach. If you're going for pleasure and prefer to be in miami beach id go w Z Ocean, all else being equal.

Great thanks. With ihg, i had to decide between 2 rooms at intercontinental (2 kids) vs 1 rooftop terrace suite at z ocean. I chose the latter. Better location, and large roof with tub.

ICH is a decent hotel, but I'd only recommend it if you need to be downtown.

I stayed at the Z Ocean.

Service is excellent I mean, really great (but not upper class). They gave me the standard "Platinum gift" (nuts and a water bottle :D) and then about 1-2 hours after check in they brought to me a wine with a nice personalized welcome card... Nice touch.

I've left there by mistake an expensive dress (don't ask how/why it came with me to MIA) they shipped it to me and it was a pleasure dealing with them working out the details.

Rooms are very nice (I got a suite) but no nice (ocean) views.

In summary. It's a nice hotel with good service but not upper class.
