What's your leverage?

Been negotiating with dozens of dealers for a new Ody. Getting one for thousands under sticker. :)

With a good dealer you shouldn't need leverage besides knowing what you want and how you want it.

Why would they sell "thousands under sticker"? Especially in this market

Just a matter of finding one sitting on a lot somewhere that they want to move and then negotiating. I'm happy to drive 2 hours to save $10,000 off what I was quoted locally.

Market is not as hot as it was.

Also, some dealers always sold under MSRP, those are usually selling now at MSRP, but possibly selling for less with the way the market is going. Also, by now certain dealers may have some models accumulating on their lots that they want to get rid of.

Want a higher trim and want 8 seats, which makes the Sianna a non-starter from what I can see.

”just” a matter. That would be true pre Covid, nowadays it’s a huge matter.

What OTD prices are people paying now in NYC for an Ody Touring or Elite?

Only on DDF does 24/6 mean 24/5/half/half

PIT?
That vicinity, yup :)
Driving there now. Hopefully they honor their quote...

I sense a pattern. Does PIT have the best deals? Maybe I should start a side hustle peddling cars.

EWR-PIT UA 6.5k LM +15.60 *6.
6 CCP.
Lol. Picking up a minivan in the area and driving back. Making a Chol Hamoed trip out of it. Could have shipped it, but decided this was going to be more fun.

PIT
Picked up a car. Home now.

PIT is not the only area selling at list or below. I would rather drive back from PIT than LAS.  :)
