How long do they take responsibility for ?
I don't think there's an official time frame but I've heard multiple stories of them "working with you" well after 3 months. Personally my battery died close to a year after and they paid for half. There's a reason they have the name they do

With Car Shadchan you’re paying full cash on the spot ?
whatever you make up with the seller. Car shadchan just charges a fee for making the "shidduch"

car shadchan (understandably) takes zero responsibility for the cars so if anything goes wrong im dealing with a private person which im not comfortable with

Many of the newer cars are from leasing guys in town. They may take a level of responsibility and definitely care more about their reputation in selling the cars than a private guy.

The leasing guys offer the ability to arrange financing or you can arrange on your own.

Is it normal for the car to have 10 miles on it? I thought new means they roll it off the truck into it's parking spot.
Anything to be concerned about?

every car has a few miles of testing done on it. Also  a non zero amount of miles are put on in transportation from factory to train to truck to dealer

i would skip
It is only covering gap between value +tax and what you still owe. At its peak it probably won't pay out more than 5k. I hope there is less then a 20% chance of you totaling the car in the first 18 months.
