It's an awesome time. More so about the bathroom with heated floors + bar + a380 lounge in DXB than about the seat itself which is OK.

I think one needs to experience EK F, but as AJK mentioned, the seat pales in comparison to other aspects of the experience.

No real beds is the only draw. I think a few hours is nice and anything more without real beds or longer massage times can get to be a little much.

True, but I'm flying into DXB on an A380 but out on a 777. Will I be missing the A380 Lounge then?

I believe that's technically the A380 lounge (all a380s board from there), but I don't believe you'd be denied access. You'd just be unable to board from there. Your gate may very well be in another terminal, which is quite a schlep.

All he says is he believes you can use it even if you're flying out of another terminal. I'd want to go see it, even if I couldn't board directly from the lounge itself.

Yes. You can access this lounge without departing from there. I accessed another lounge, I believe in terminal C, last month even when I was doing the a380. Shouldn't be an issue.
