It's not UA's fault bla bla bla. F is no longer available. They put my wife in J. Said I can change for free (even after deval).
Anything I can do? They said they can't do anything-it's not their flight...
File a DOT complaint?

When the flights were changed earlier today, O class on TG920 was not available. As such, I class was booked for you.^MB

Me-Not true. On november 8th there were two seats available in O. That's why they booked both of us in O. They only put my companion in I today

Can they really not see the history of the booking? The supervisor told me today that she was putting everything in the notes-did she lie to me?
