Made the same mistake in the past. Call them, choose the airline, and tell the rep to credit you for that specific charge/s.

No need. I forgot to choose before making the purchase, then befire the charges posted made the selection and got credited.

Yep. I had that issue as well, where I took along my wife's freedom card, and they required ID. That's what AU's are for...

How much? I don't know what your lines are like but if it's less than $10k I wouldn't worry about it.
