I waited with bated breath , and yesterday finally I saw YES they were back!!! (They did debit my acct for $320)

That's actually slightly surprising that they did that for you IMO. Congrats.

My father has redeemed hundreds of UR as cash back....

Well, I was not really playing a game, but it was still a dumb mistake.

Suffered with no food and rest at CLE after my flight was diverted there because I completely forgot about Citi's Trip Delay Protection.
