After receiving a $20 bag of chocolates from Amazon, my wife and I were confused as to who ordered this item. After all no one has access to our Prime account and none of us ordered it. Upon further investigation I realized that my 4 yr old son ordered it from Alexa. Reading the history prompts I saw "I want chocolate" (I believe he meant to ask Alexa to play a song about chocolates). Next thing we know there's a package of chocolates at our door.
When I tried to return the item I was met with an error message, and after chatting with amazon I was told that not only is this a non-returnable item just that, but being that it was bought with some of my promotional credit, that is also non-refundable (HUCA did not help). So now I'm stuck with this chocolate (kosher so it'll still be delicious) but a waste of money.
