I put back the nozzle after about 10 gallons - not because I forgot to pump some more, but because I had no place to pump additional gas into.

i tried to use the b6 portal method to cash out my no rush digital credits... turns out their is no gift card option for ebooks bought with credits, and i messed up and accepted the gift thinking i would get the option on the next page. huca'd plenty looks like i just lost $104.49
for this. should have started smaller

I assume you tried cancelling the purchase?  I thought there was a grace period to cancel digital purchases.
