Most likely the chain will be able to help you more. But try both if you need to.

First, the HACK (discovered by mistake), when you finish the spend requirement on a co-branded Chase Credit Card (at least Bonvoy, but I think others) and the bonus didn't post yet, If you SM Chase they will put it in manually AND when the billing cycle end the system will also add it automatically, resulting in a double bonus.

Now, the MISTAKE, nothing will post until the end of the billing cycle AFTER the spend is completed. I didn't realize that. So, I still only saw 9k points on my account... and I SMed chase again to ask what happened to my points. They looked at my account, and saw that it was double issued but not yet posted, so they took back the extra 100k points

reminds me of the reserve AF hack to sm them to lower credit limit which automatically removes the AF..

Update: B"H they didn't end up following through on their "threat" to take off the second 100k, I opened the webpage today to see 210k.

I was sure I had set the cash advance limit to $0 on all my accounts, as a safety measure just in case something codes as a cash advance. Used a CC to fund a new account only to find out that it came through as a cash advance.

Applied for the Sapphire offer, but forgot to cancel my old no fee one first. I had already moved all the credit off it but was waiting to cancel.  Rep said credit didn't pull so I can reapply.

its a few weeks late now
called Amex and they said they could include an extra 10 days after the promotion period ended.... but i stopped using the card as i thought i reached the spend threshold and it looks like its too late now

Ouch, I export my transactions to Excel and sum them up that way to make sure I've correctly hit the spend requirement
