You'd have 75k min points (lots of bonus spend offers)

That's $850 plus $3000 built in value on 30 nights... So $3850 value

ETA: How would you calculate this? Say the interest rate was 5% and you pay 6% in state tax. Just multiply 5 x .94 to get an effective rate of 4.7%?

Ordered on Saks Off Fifth something I would never buy just to use the Amex Platinum $50 credit only to realize that the credit is only on Saks Fifth
