CSR was very nice, he tried to reinstate the points but couldn't so he reinstated the account and told me that the points will come back automatically in 7-10 days.

Just wondering about this whole parsha about closing your SP before switching out the points... if you downgrade a SP to a Freedom, would that cause any problems? I just downgraded my SP to a Freedom a few weeks ago. I hadn't switched out the points for maybe a month or two. Now your story got me wondering.

If you'll want to transfer the points to a FF partner you'll have to transfer it first to your or your spouses UR card that has a $95 AF
