The nights I want to book my Anniversary Award Night at Andaz West Hollywood are taken in 2014. The hotel is going from Cat 4->5 on January 7th, 2014. Can I book a date as far out as possible now (award night expires 8/30/14), and try to move my reservation over the next few months?

Past Jan 7th, can't use the award night on the Andaz...

Dont have one. But they are still advertising that when you sign up you get two nights good for anywhere. And there was not talk about the signup nights changing

Just a quick question: I am scrambling to book my Hyatt suites for my upcoming Hawaii trip before the devaluation. Is there any way around the three night minimum for suites? I only want to book 2 nights at the GHK. Thanks

Emailed a hotel manager directly last night getting him to open up an Award night for a hotel that went from Cat 4->5 today. Booked today before the deval.

Booked a cash and points via phone and used a Diamond upgrade. Worked. So for Diamond its for sure a major +
