From their website

"$200 STATEMENT CREDIT FOR AIRLINE FEES

Only Citi Prestige cardmembers are eligible for this benefit. The credit resets each year on January 1. Only the Primary cardmember on the account can enroll the Card Account in the benefit. It can take up to 10 business days after Cardmember enrollment for the statement credit to be effective.

Airline Incidental Fees are defined as purchases charged on the enrolled Card Account under 9 qualified airline merchant codes. The credit will apply toward purchases of $100 or less, with an annual cap of $200.

Qualified airlines include: AirTran Airways, American Airlines, Delta, Frontier Airlines, JetBlue Airways, Spirit Airlines, Southwest Airlines, United/Continental Airlines and US Airways. We do not determine whether merchants appropriately identify all transactions you make on your Card Account, but we do reserve the right to determine which purchases are eligible for the statement credit.

Purchases made by the Primary cardmember and Authorized Users on the enrolled Card Account are eligible for statement credits. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles after the qualifying incidental air travel fee is charged to your Card Account for statement credit(s) to be posted to the account.

Cardmembers can call the number on the back of their card if statement credits have not posted to their Card Account after 2 billing cycles. Cardmembers are responsible for payment of all charges on the Card Account regardless of eligibility for statement credit.

To be eligible for this benefit, the enrolled Card Account must be open and current at the time of statement credit fulfillment. This benefit may be terminated or changed with 30 days prior written notice."

Waived if you cancel first 37 days after AF is billed. At least that's the official rule.

Would do the online offer for 2k for 30k points. Can't spend 15k in the year. Like to get it over with.

Yup you can get it now and again in two months, so 500 towards airfare with 450 annual fee.

Not two months to post, rather 250 for December would post next statement, then 250 from January next.

Anyone else have this card besides me?

I will def keep this card for one year. The way I look at it is, no annual fee first year + $50 statement credit, 30k bonus points, priority pass, admirals club & global entry.

I have outlined the benefits of this card in the wiki.

Just now had a terrible CS experience with my citi prestige rep. I had done spending in the end of December for which I was credited $250 on the 4th of January, in January I did a further $250 airline spending and did not get any credit on my Feb statement for 2015 spending. They told me there is no way I would be able to get two $250 credits so close together and that I am trying to take advantage, this was after speaking to a "supervisor" etc..
