Re the fourth night free, 2 questions if anyone can help me with:
1. Can I cut a 9 night reservation into a 4+1+4 (book the 1 on a separate card through a dif agent) and get reimbursed 2 of the 9 nights?

2. If I'm booking 2 rooms for 4 days (both under my name, the primary card holder), will I get reimbursed for 2 of the 8 total nights?

from what i understood when asking similar questions, 1 officially not but i dont know if they will actually put them together.
2 agent clearly said that not. but if option 1 works then yo can just book 2 rooms under your name 2 reservations

If it's through the same agency won't they realize that I called earlier and made the same rez already?

Just got my bill, they charged me $50 for each AU. I am going to cancel the AU. I am not sure about the card itself yet. Besides for the airline credit is there any way to monetize the benefits this year?

anyone try booking 4th night free benefit for someone else? I'm guessing you can just call the hotel and add an additional guest, no need to deal with citi.

bigger question is my friend is planning on booking 4 nights with his prestige card and I offered my account to get the diamond benefits, any thoughts on how to pull it off? do you think citi will allow us to make me the primary and him the secondary?

I applied for the premier card today, was approved, and only afterwards realized I had the Premier card within the last 18 months. Can I apply for the Citi Prestige today (not to have wasted the pull) and then tell them I want the Prestige and mistakenly applied for the Premier so they should exchange one for the other?

Probably a good idea. I don't think you have anything to lose.

won't happen. and if you weren't targeted for the 100k there was no way for you to get it either way.

You are wasting 150K and Citi won't give you 100k with someone else's offer.
