HUCA?

Did it once, but was so turned off by the first call, that my 2nd call didn't go too well either. Sent them a SM now.

You purchase the ticket with TY points. So 10,000 TY points would either be worth $160 to AA/US or $133 to other airlines.

The primary cardmember will receive 3 complimentary rounds of golf through the Citi Prestige® Golf Portal (provided by GolfSwitch, Inc.) each calendar year, subject to the terms and conditions of the Program. Complimentary rounds are for the primary cardmember only. The Citi Prestige card must be used to reserve the rounds, and if the round is eligible for the complimentary offer, the cardmember will not be billed. After the 3 free rounds of golf are used, the cardmember will need to use their Citi Prestige card to book and pay for additional rounds. Cardmember must book at least 3 days in advance of tee date.

If I need to cancel the ticket, do I get the points back?

Yes you get the points back, but you do need to pay a cancellation fee.

nobody can decide for you which card is better for yourself, only you can make that decision, by going through the benefits of each card and making a decision which one suits you more.
Life is as good as you make it...

How much are TY points worth?

Depends if you use it for redeeming for gift cards, to redeeming for AA/US, to redeeming for SQ Suites...

Don't see why not. These credits are a lot simpler than the one from the platinum card.

wonder if i should go for this card but the fee  even after the $250 credit is still $200? That's $105 more than I would pay with Ritz after the credit?

I like lounge benefits but have been satisfied with lounge pass from ritz card so far.

-1 The $250 credit is per calendar year so you can have the card for a year and have them pay you 50 bucks for it.

Anyone else have this card besides me?

I will def keep this card for one year. The way I look at it is, no annual fee first year + $50 statement credit, 30k bonus points, priority pass, admirals club & global entry.

I have outlined the benefits of this card in the wiki.

I have one and totally plan on keeping this beyond one year mostly because of lucrative points on travel, access to AA lounge when flying AA and Priority Pass.

the annual fee is $450 here, isn't it? so even with $250 annual credit, i am paying $200  to Citi?
How can citi pay me $50 when i am still paying them $200 after the credit?
