This benefit does not provide access privileges to Arrivals Lounge, or Flagship® Lounge facilities, or other airline lounges or clubs with which American Airlines may have reciprocal lounge or club access privileges, including lounges operated by oneworld Alliance.

Does anyone know if the "American Airlines" lounge in YYZ airport is eligible? or is it "Flagship?"

The flagship lounge is for first class passengers. You're fine with the YYZ lounge.

Would you mind explaining a bit? I have been denied at this lounge when flying Biz class because it wasn't a long enough flight

My husband needs to have surgery and we need to cancel some SW non refundable flights. They'll go the voucher route but won't refund. They were booked with Prestige which has a trip cancellation policy. Anyone care to share their experience using it?

If I had the Premier card first, then Prestige, then used 90K of 100K points in the travel portal after I combined, and then canceled Prestige with 10K left in the joint Premier-Prestige account, do I have to use those 10K points within 60 or 90 days, or are those points fine to stay there till I cancel the Premier.

buy an AA ticket before you close, I believe that is the best value you can get them at Citi, or transfer to an airline

I believe the points follow the card, so if they were earned from the premier card then they will expire from 60 days of closing the premier card, if they were received on the prestige card its 60 days from when that card was closed

Reservation has to be in cardholder's name. Maybe he can book in his name and have you check in.

Had the Prestige card for 12 months and now the AF is coming due for year 2.  Can someone confirm it will be refunded within the next 37 days if I do pay it now? Reason to pay it now would be for AA admiral club access next week.

What is PGGM?
Does buying a refundable ticket and cancelling it still work for $250 credit?

No on the Admiral's club access (it's only shown on the back of the primary users card). As get Priority Access, though.

And for 4th night free, I tried to see if it would work, but ultimately cancelled the reservation as something else came up. The reason why I would say it wouldn't work is because Citi can see if it's charged to the AU or primary.
