Had my AF on this card WAS $350 from $450 because I opened  Citi gold checking last year. My AF on the card is coming up very soon and will it still be $350 because I still have the gold checking open?

I have read that even when people downgrade their Citi Gold, they still get the lower annual fee. Seems like a glitch.

Based on this, it would be better to use a Citi Premier card for airline tickets, instead of Amex gold, as they both have 3x points, but Citi has better insurance, no?

Ive received an email on the advantage and Hilton cards about new insurance provider and better coverage is it referring to the above ? Iow same coverage as prestige

If you have a CG account each year should never be more than $100 (pretty standard AF).
