How/when do I request this? Now, or in 2017? (I'm completely new to Citi)
Regarding a date change, I asked on the phone and they said even if they do it, it would take over a month. Any way to expedite that?
I'd call to have the note it on the account.

They'll always say it, ymmv..

Refundable JB, or SW ticket.

So i never used my golf credits for this card, was wondering if the 3 "plays" had to be played by the end of the year or booked by the end of the year?

Meaning If i book 3 plays now will i have another 3 to use in 2017?

Also, Can u confirm that these plays are only for the cardholder, and if theirs any way to bring along a friend.

TIA

i booked a few United flights on united.com and ended up canceling one a couple days later (non-refundable but special case). Citi gave me a full credit about a month later. do i assume they will pull back the amount of the cancelled ticket and i should grab a gift card now to get the rest of 2016 credit, or does Citi sometimes not claw back cancelled ticket reservations?

IME Citi doesn't claw back.

Bought a refundable ticket a week or two ago, and it posted before statement close. I cancelled the ticket, and then yesterday got my December statement. No airline credit! Not sure why it didn't work, ticket was Southwest. If I buy another today, will it have a chance of posting and triggering the 2016 credit, or too late now?

Prestige goes by statement so no. Try PUTPAC.

But I already had it refunded. It will show that I didn't actually spend it. Are you saying to purchase another ticket, then call to make sure it will apply?

was the card charged by the Airline?
Yes, and I waited for the charge to post, nor just be pending, before cancelling the flight.

No, call about the one you already bought, southwest is going to give you a SW credit, they're not going to refund your card.

I bought a refundable SW ticket and my Dec. statement posted with the credit. Is it safe to cancel the ticket now that the statement has posted?
