For the 4th night free if I stay 8 days can I book 2 stays back to back, or does there have to be a break?

Question on Travel Interruption Benefits:

I booked my legs separately:

1. First leg of flight was cancelled due to weather, not sure if the rebooking time was good enough to take the trip (since it was a quick 48 hour hop)
2. One of the travelers has the flu (have doctor's note)

Is this enough for the travel interruption benefits to kick in?

How does the 24 month rule work with Citi? Can I signup for the card 24 months to the day after closing my previous card, or do I need to wait a bit longer before applying?

Curious about this as well. Closed the Prestige on Jul 3, 2017. Am i ok to apply for Citi Premier on Jul 5, 2019?

Want to book 4th night free for my wife. Will they give her a hard time because card is not in her name and not let her check in? (I can add her as a guest but concierge said its up to hotel if they will allow....
(The citi website gives numerous warnings before booking that primary cardholder must check in with card even though its prepaid?)

Don't worry - we'll issue you a refund for the remaining amount. There's nothing you need to do; a check will be sent to the address we have on file.

Citi closed all of my cards a wile back still have no idea why . I had 475k thank you points I just realized that its not in my account anymore . is there any way I can get it back ? they say once its closed they take away all the points ?

At Citi, we are committed to ensuring that the Citi Prestige Card continues to drive value for our customers throughout these unprecedented times.
 
 Although we hope for life to return to normal in the near future, we understand that traveling may not be possible for you right now. As such, we have temporarily expanded the categories of purchases that qualify for the $250 Travel Credit benefit1 to help cardmembers who haven’t already received the full value of this benefit in 2020, even if they aren’t able to travel.
 
 Between May 1, 2020 and December 31, 2020, in addition to Travel purchases, purchases made with your Citi Prestige Card at Supermarkets and Restaurants (including takeout) will also count toward this Expanded $250 Travel Credit benefit in 2020.
