I got my new custom cover photo book from Picaboo yesterday and it's absolutely stunning. Way better then the "leather".

No, don't use it.

http://www.keepandshare.com/business/membership_details.php

Well, it cost a lot more then Picasa, but Picasa charges you too if you use more then 1 GB.

OK. So I guess quality wise their all the same?

quality wise I think shutterfly is the best, but that's just my personal preference.  could be because I've been using them for longer than the others and I know how to make a great book with them.
come to think of it, my opinion as to the best of these sites corresponds to the number of products I've made at each site.  maybe there is somehting to it...

Shutterfly been using for years like over 3 or 4
Snapfish been using for books only for about 1 - 2 but have made products there for ages
Picaboo only tried one book

I used to love KODAK but don't like them anymore
