Duolingo is not as good as a Ulpan ..

I am not familiar with Rosetta Stone .. I did the Pimsleur cd, but I will definitely take a class course of there is any ..

I believe Rosetta Stone is also available with any NJ Public Library card through various NJ public library websites (assuming you're not going to Jamestown NY to get one of their library cards).

NY Public Library seems to have something called Mango Languages.

I didn't realize you have to pay for it 
Most people I knew that took the ulpan were Olim so I guess they were covered and it helped them a lot
