Hi all

Normally I am quite good at this, but I cant find a real good discount. I need a car at JFK 14 Nov 2PM until 17 Nov 5PM

I know its only a extra 3 hours but I still dont fancy waiting around or give it back early to the airport. If its a big diffrence I might return it in Manhattan on the 17 Nov 2PM and take a car service to the airport.

So if someone can help, I have a CC that covers insurance and am over 25. I would like a SUV or a luxury car. I dont care what company its from

I think hertz (im not sure if its them) has a good deal to drive a car from manhattan to the airport. You might want to look into it if nothing else works (and maybe rent from airport rtn in manhattan and then return at airport, big hassle).

I think Avis with A074800 is my best bet.

I can get a one way rental, return it in Manhattan on wednesday 1 PM, its only 215 USD, with the 70 Dollars I save, I can take a carservice to JFK and not have to shlep all my suitcases from the Avis station to the check in.

2 questions, what is this awd? Did it ever have to show ID? Is the price of 55 USD per day (without taxes) for a full size good?

best option is priceline.com bidding option (ask cc about coverage)
or dollar.com with chabad corporate cl111 i found you a full size for 275$ (4days)
but i will only book it for 3 days and hope they wouldnt charge me for the last few hours

Dollar and avis are the same price for a fullsize for 3 days. Any coupons around by either of them for a free upgrade?

Not worth keeping the car extra 2-3 hours as they will charge for it. anyway, i hate bringing back a car at jfk, then shlep with luggage on the train, mostly under time pressure. Rather save 50 dollars for the extra day rent, that they will prob. Charge and take a carservice from brookly straight to the terminal
