Searched for this topic, couldn't find anything. This is the second time this is going to happen to me. I got an email from elal that I'll be losing 400 points. There's nothing I can do with my points right now (just got two free tickets on AA miles with ELAL). Any options, or is it just a loss? The idea of booking and then cancelling a ticket for the Continental points worked great. Thanks. But these guys are terrible.
