I'm looking for a cheap plan to have unlimited minutes on my phone to Israel or at least a lot of them (over 200) anyone know what's the cheapest way to go?

MegaHertz phone company has 1000-to-landline minutes tor $9 a month.

Yea but that I can become a Skype premium for 4.5$ a month and get unlimited calling to landlines in Israel the problem is cells
