Looking to travel roundtrip from NYC or WAS to South Africa and want to know which cards will get me there quickest? Dan mentioned United miles are good for SA travel but not sure which cards are best for that - I have SPG card but the SPG:UA ratio isn't good so looking to branch out...
As an alternative - Am I right in assuming that if can get the Freedom (20,000 promo) and SP cards (55,000 promo) that I will have $200 + $625 - $125 annual fee = $725 to spend on airfare?
Are BA or Delta cards options?
