Show them the receipt, if it has your card number on it but no points added= u didn't get them. They should be able to understand that. If they don't know what to do, tell them there is a barcode in their loose leaf that they need to scan. This barcode allows them to add points (max 500 at a time). Tell them to keep doing it and adding 500 until you are whole again. Good luck.

I tried explaining that already... I just figured I will drain my points and then call corporate.

Do you have receipts to verify the 9k points so they can see this is something different?

Say: "I know you'll understand this. That is why you are the manager." Then proceed to show the manager everything written down on paper which will be EASY to follow. However, if it is in a high DDF area, you may want to forget it at the store level. Already one manager told me she has had enough of all the mistakes with these points. She threatened to request that no GCs will be sent to her for the rest of the summer! All OK now, but be careful.

Hey Guys. Not sure if u you guys knew this or not. I had 5k of points that we're going to expire tomorrow I called up the 800 number and the extended the points for another month as a one time courtesy credit. The best part was, when she saw how many points I had she was taken back as was like Wow !!!

Supposedly the END of the 30th day, ie 30 full days.

All you need to do is get the name of the CSR on the main office line, note the time/date of the call, repeat what he says, he can even note your account, and then they can always manually add the points if they disappear before the CSR says.
